Privacy Policy and the Protection and Processing of Personal Data
1. Purpose
The Government of the Republic of Turkey has established this Privacy Policy to protect individuals’ rights, privacy, and personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698, “KVKK”), published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.
Suite Global Estate stores and processes personal data in compliance with this law and aims to define a clear policy for data protection and retention.

The Personal Data Protection Board of Türkiye.

The governmental institution for data protection.

4. Roles and Responsibilities
4.1. Data Supervisor
Suite Global Estate defines and oversees how and which personal data is processed under the KVKK Law.
4.2. Data Controller Representative
An authorized specialist responsible for secure processing and management of data.
4.3. Data Processor
Individuals or entities authorized to process data on behalf of Suite Global Estate.
4.4. Responsibility
Both Suite Global Estate and its processors must take appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect data.
5. Legal Obligations
5.1. Obligation to Inform
At the time of data collection, the following must be shared with users:
- Identity of the data controller
- Purpose of data processing
- Collection method and legal basis
- Rights of the data owner
